  kubectl get pods --all-namespaces

• get list of containers in pod

  kubectl -n <namespace> get pods <pod_name> -o jsonpath='{.spec.containers[*].name}'

• connect to shell on pod

  kubectl exec -it pods/demo -- /bin/bash
